Position: Senior FP&A Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

Location: Hybrid (Beit Shemesh plant, Airport City headquarters)

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this pivotal role will have a direct impact on driving financial performance across our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will:

💡 Partner with Leadership: Work closely with site leaders to provide insights and strategic recommendations for improving manufacturing performance.

📊 Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee cost accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting on manufacturing costs.

📈 Analyze & Optimize: Analyze spending trends and operational variances, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and ensure alignment with budget and financial goals.

💬 Collaborate & Influence: Communicate key financial findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, driving impactful decisions across the business.

🔧 Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to improve financial processes and reporting tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience: 5-8 years of FP&A or finance experience in a manufacturing or operational setting.

✔️ Skills: Strong understanding of cost accounting, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

✔️ Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

✔️ Analytical Mindset: A keen eye for detail and the ability to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.

✔️ Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew.
