Business Development Director for Innovation

The Business Development Manager for Innovation will play a critical role in driving the development and launch of new products. This individual will collaborate closely with the R&D team, conduct market research, build strategic relationships, and develop go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market analysis, and product management, with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to develop and refine product concepts, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and present findings.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, establishing initial meetings.
• Create business plans and product roadmaps, and develop go-to-market strategies for MESA.
• Identify and apply for relevant grants for pilot projects in the USA and Europe

What we require?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, market analysis, and product management.
• Strong understanding of the innovation process and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
