MyFeature is a leader in innovative ad solutions, delivering cutting-edge programmatic technology globally. We are seeking a skilled and driven Programmatic Operations Manager to join our dynamic remote team. This role is central to managing and growing key partnerships while ensuring the seamless execution of our programmatic campaigns.
As the Programmatic Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving success in our programmatic activities. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic operations management to optimize performance and ensure flawless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Partnerships: Lead and grow a portfolio of key programmatic accounts, including Supply & Demand partners, focusing on operational excellence and strategic optimization.
- Campaign Management: Oversee integration processes, ensuring flawless setup, execution, and delivery of programmatic campaigns.
- Technical Expertise: Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot digital ad solutions, including agency IOs and programmatic requests, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Optimization & Reporting: Analyze oRTB campaign performance, provide analytical insights, and recommend optimizations for improved results.
- Data Management: Prepare detailed performance reports, maintain a contact database, and support data-driven decision-making for the programmatic team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, expand partnerships, and support business growth.
- Innovation: Develop and test innovations to improve ad formats, connection types, and overall programmatic performance.
- Daily Monitoring: Track and ensure full delivery of campaigns, troubleshooting as needed to resolve delivery or performance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on programmatic and oRTB technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to handle technical elements of ad operations, including managing platform integrations, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel, with a strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including Supply & Demand-side platforms.
