Customer Success Manager

We seek a Customer Success  Manager who is passionate about learning new things, growing along with the company, and establishing a career within a strong-based ad-tech company.

What you will do:

• Work closely with our advertisers (agencies and app developers)
• Make sure they are meeting the daily requirements and goals (such as volume, KPI, quality, and distribution)
• Negotiate terms and work to scale each partnership to the maximum
• Analyze performance reports, and provide feedback to the team and our partners
• Provide key insights on revenue growth and performance optimization
• Scale your portfolio and generate new growth opportunities

Key Skills Required:

• 1-3 years experience in a relevant position in the Ad-Tech industry - MUST
• 1-3 years experience with Mobile Apps User Acquisition - MUST
• Fluent English (Spoken & written)
• Open-minded, fast learner, and a great team player 
• Highly organized, multi-tasker with excellent prioritization skills
• Amazing interpersonal skills, people’s-person, can-do approach
• Sharp negotiator, biz-dev oriented, with a deep understanding of our eco-system.
