As the Director of Product Design, you will lead our design vision and strategy, driving innovation and excellence in user experience across our product portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centered designs that address real-world cybersecurity challenges.

What will you do?

• Define and lead the UX strategy and vision, shaping the product's overall experience.
• Implement design and UX methodologies within the organization, such as Design Sprints, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Build, manage, and lead the product design team, fostering growth and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design within the product development process.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a product design team, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a data-driven approach to design and demonstrating measurable impact on products.
• Track record of building successful B2B and enterprise SaaS products.
• A collaborative leader with energy and passion for driving creativity across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a clear UX strategy and vision.
• A natural storyteller and thought leader who engages and aligns diverse stakeholders.
• Highly creative and solution-focused, with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Advantage: Experience in the cybersecurity field.
