We seek an intelligent, professional individual to join our team as a VP of Finance and lead the finance team.

Responsibilities:

As a VP of Finance, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the ongoing finance for all Team8 Funds - financial statements, cash flow, boards, and KPIs
• Managing the foundry companies’ building process and support.
• Managing Team8 management company finance - BvA, audit process, tax and policies.
• Supporting companies to build their process for their KPIs analysis
• Performing managerial reporting and forecasting based on the KPIs gathered
• Undertaking ad-hoc financial tasks
  
  

• CPA 5+ years of accounting and financial leading experience - Must
• Proven experience as a VP of Finance or similar role in a startup - Must
• Proven ability to manage finance teams and to manage managers - Must
• Background in Funds - advantage
• Familiarity with SAAS companies KPIs - Must
• Proven project management capabilities and analytical abilities
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills, especially in conveying financial information to diverse audiences
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices, especially US GAAP and IFRS - Must
• High proficiency in English
