Manual and automation testing engineer

A financial company at the beginning of its journey needs a manual testing and automation engineer for a position that is a one man show in the field.
The position includes the planning, development and maintenance of automated infrastructures for quality checks, close work with the development teams to ensure the stability of the systems and a significant contribution to the improvement of the QA processes in the organization.
We are looking for candidates with schedule management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, independent learning, a big head, creative and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Design, development and maintenance of automated testing infrastructures for Salesforce, Web, Mobile and API based systems and applications.
• Writing test scenarios (Test Cases) in accordance with the system requirements and the development processes.
• Application and implementation of advanced testing tools.
• Improving and streamlining testing processes using innovative tools and technologies.
• Identify and investigate software problems and support the development teams in finding solutions.
• Regular work with development and operations teams (without the need for DevOps skills).

Job requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in automated testing
• At least 5 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience working in a company under construction / start-up - a significant advantage.
Advantages:
• Practical experience working with Selenium, Appium or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of testing in Salesforce, Web, Mobile and API environments.
• Ability to write scripts in programming languages ​such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
• Experience working with test management tools such as Jira, and code version management systems such as GitLab.
• Attention to details, ability to work independently and high analytical skills.
• Experience in setting up automation infrastructures from scratch.
• Familiarity with performance testing and loads (Performance Testing).
• Experience working with databases and data tests (SQL).
