Social Media & content - Hands on

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media expert to join our team! If you’re passionate about creating engaging content, staying ahead of trends, and driving innovation in the digital space, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
• Design and produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and style.
• Take full ownership of website content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
• Develop and distribute newsletters, including content creation, layout design, and performance analysis.
• Ideate and produce podcasts, from planning and scripting to publishing and promoting.
• Continuously innovate by thinking outside the box, staying updated on industry trends, and introducing fresh ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills :

-Proven experience in social media and content creation- MUST!

-Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing content (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus).

-Experience with podcast production and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on the performance of social media and content initiatives.

-Excellent Hebrew verbal and written communication and presentation skills - MUST!
