About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and manage projects in the power plants and energy sector in Eastern Europe. The role involves market development, strategic partnership creation, and hands-on project management in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage; additional knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus
