𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

A pharmaceutical plant seeks an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead teams, ensure system maintenance, plan preventive strategies, and execute projects while meeting quality, regulatory, and safety standards. The role focuses on optimizing equipment availability, improving processes, and preventing downtime under strict GMP and industry regulations.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).

- At least 5 years of experience managing an engineering and maintenance department in a pharmaceutical or industrial plant.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP standards.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
