We are looking for an experienced Data Team Lead to take charge of driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing business performance. This role is pivotal to the organization, focusing on advanced data analysis, developing cutting-edge forecasting models, and leading a team of skilled analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver reports and dashboards offering real-time business insights.

Analyze performance metrics and identify trends to support strategic decisions.

Build advanced forecasting models and uncover business opportunities.

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering their growth and alignment with business goals.

Develop innovative technological solutions to enhance organizational performance through data insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Mathematics.

Proven track record as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Experience managing and mentoring analytics teams.

Expertise in SQL, Python, SAS, and Excel.

Familiarity with Machine Learning and forecasting models (advantage).

Proficiency in creating dashboards and working with large datasets.

Strong ability to communicate data and insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
