Your future challenges:
- You proactively engage with potential accounts to uncover opportunities for expansion, driving regular and strategic outreach to maximize account growth.
- You hunt for new opportunities, using data-driven insights and a deep understanding of client needs to generate additional value.
- You diligently drive retention and minimize churn, taking full ownership of account performance and meeting company objectives for long-term customer success.
- You collaborate with marketing to build a pipeline of high-value cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies.
- You partner with SE and CSM teams to resolve customer issues and overcome technical challenges, securing loyalty and fostering trust.
- You utilize CRM systems to track and prioritize sales activities, maintaining a sharp focus on pipeline health and deal momentum.
- You report directly to the VP of Sales, delivering actionable insights, pipeline forecasts, and progress toward ambitious growth targets.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in hunting for new business within customer and sales management, excelling at identifying new opportunities, driving revenue growth, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- You are highly analytical and results-oriented, with a proven track record in generating and closing new leads, and leveraging win/loss analyses to refine your sales approach and close more deals.
- You bring CRM expertise, confidently managing tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track prospects, streamline the sales process, and deliver accurate reports to leadership.
- You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with SDRs, AEs, marketing, and technical teams to maximize lead generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- You know the market inside and out, using your deep understanding to drive business results and consistently exceed sales goals.
- You communicate fluently in English, Hebrew and Spanish
