Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at YouAppi. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships, and implementing strategies for customer retention on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Retention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of mobile app marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
