Solution Architecture Specialist - GenAI Adoption

The Solution Architecture Specialist will be part of the Citi Global Innovation Labs at the CTO organization. The organization is focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions across Citi’s businesses globally. The person in this GenAI Adoption - Solution Architecture Specialist role will be a main contributor to an end-to-end Global Strategic initiative to support GenAI adoption at Citi.

The position is focused on assisting development teams across Citi with implementing GenAI solutions as part of a Concierge Service, which aims at scaling up adoption of GenAI across Citi. You will be involved in engaging teams on their GenAI use-cases and centralizing all of the technical and implementation-related aspects before use-case owners can start working on a Proof of Concept (POC) and through production release. Use cases vary, and the person in this role will be required to work across teams that implement a variety of GenAI solutions that serve different groups and products within the bank. You will also utilize your program management experience to ensure that our program is meeting its key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Gen AI use-cases across Citi with designing, developing, and implement scalable & efficient solutions
• Own the program’s book of work and centralize the work related to processing new GenAI use cases from onboarding through production
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to cross-functional teams during their planning, POC, and production implementation phases.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies for solution development.
• Manage our program book of work, resources, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key performance indicator.
• Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering effective client relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, cloud technologies, and solution architecture. Keep abreast of Citi’s latest solutions for implementations in GenAI environment.
• Drive internal improvement by proposing enhancements to existing processes and solutions.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Experienced in solution architecture.
• Exposure to GenAI tools and technologies (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
