Aidance is an experienced manufacturer and distributor of topical health care products. Terrasil is Aidance’s largest brand and has a significant presence on Amazon and is also offered on its own e-commerce site and several marketplaces along with several large retail pharmacy chains. MYCO CLINIC is Aidance’s recently launched brand, focused on pain relief and sold exclusively to health care practitioners.
About the Job
We’re seeking a talented marketer with 3-5 years of experience to support marketing activities across both our DTC and B2B brands. The role offers an opportunity to be involved in the full range of marketing activities, with lots of opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing generalist who will bring a combination of strategic thinking, creativity and data-driven decision-making and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish. The position is remote and in close collaboration with colleagues in the US and Israel. This is not a senior level role.
Responsibilities:
Plan Development and Implementation. You will develop and deploy marketing plans across both of our brands (DTC and B2B). This will include both high level plan development as well as implementation of campaigns across both digital (website, email, social) and non-digital platforms (trade shows, publications).
Collaboration. In developing and deploying marketing plans you will work closely with both senior management as well as colleagues in the marketing department, including graphic design and content management, and team members from other departments in the Company.
Digital Tools: Utilize leading analytics and reporting tools to manage key marketing activities against KPIs. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Market Intelligence. You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies.
Customer Research. You’ll speak to customers and distributor partners, create and give presentations, and work closely with customer-facing colleagues.
Domain Expertise. You will establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the domains we operate in and use this knowledge to guide marketing plans and campaigns that you develop.
Content Creation. You will create engaging and high-quality marketing collateral, in co-operation with graphic designers, and messaging aligned to the target audiences. You will support our sales team and distributor partners through development of sales enablement resources such as presentations and product sheets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
-Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding and familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies - B2C experience an advantage
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities, draw meaningful conclusions, and build impactful strategies
- Self-starter, quick learner, goal-oriented
- US experience - professional or personal – a huge plus
