Demand Planner

About the Role:

Ensure the deployment and control within the S&OP cycle of the consolidated demand planning at Business unit level preserving the General Manager demand accountability

Support the General Manager and the business references to ensure a Sales Forecast Accuracy in line with business unit objectives regarding Service Level and Cost to Serve

Represent a pivotal entry point of the Supply Chain organization for business counterparts within the end-to-end planning process, ensuring cross-functional sensibility on the destructions

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus

3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles. Experience in a similar industry is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Excel and demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various business units

Experience in chairing or leading S&OP meetings and managing complex data and stakeholder relationships

Solid understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and supply chain management principles

Experience with new product forecasting and pipeline building techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
