Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

At xpander.ai, we are building a platform that enables developers to create, test, and deploy custom AI Agents capable of performing multi-step actions with any AI model.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of this platform. You’ll focus on end-to-end design, from conducting in-depth user research to creating detailed wireframes and delivering UI designs. You will take full ownership of the design process and the frontend deliverables of the SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a UI that aligns with xpander.ai’s brand and enhances the overall user experience.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring the platform remains user-centric and intuitive.
• Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep xpander.ai’s design cutting-edge.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, using tools such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product design.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 4 years of experience in product UX/UI design.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in interaction design, visual design, cognitive psychology or related disciplines
• Highly proficient with delivering UI designs with Figma, ready for frontend developers.
• Experience in B2B SaaS products
• Experience in working on complex products with complex user interface challenges and elaborate user flows
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Ability to design from scratch and expand existing design systems
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other prototyping tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX research and UI design capabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with usability testing tools or analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
