Senior Healthcare Inception Partner Manager

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Inception Partner Manager to join the NVIDIA Inception team in Israel. NVIDIA Inception is a free, virtual program designed to help startups evolve faster through access to cutting-edge technology and NVIDIA experts, opportunities to connect with venture capitalists, and co-marketing support to heighten their visibility. This business development role is for someone who is passionate about the HCLS ecosystem and excited about forming partnerships with technology startups in this area. In this role you will help Healthcare, Pharma Tech and Life Sceinse startups to successfully use NVIDIA’s technology and SDKs, provide them support in market awareness, help them connect to VCs. You will work closely with the Inception community manger, solution architect, Developer Relations Managers and NVIDIA Go-To-Market teams (for sale to and sale with activities). You will also be involved and drive community activities in several areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Scouting and recruiting of new HCLS startups in Israel to Inception
• Manage HCLS (and maybe additional verticals) Inception startups.
• Support Inception Program communities to help connect with large group of potential partners
• Be the voice of the Inception members and become a specialist in their needs and motivations. Develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs
• Provide Inception members with content and tools to educate them on NVIDIA solutions by sub vertical.
• Keep track of Inception members’ progress and graduate them when they reach maturity.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – either in relevant research area or Engineering
• 8+ years of working experience in the HCLS industry in executive or management positions at startups, ecosystem development or technology alliances at big technology companies or VCs
• A strong proven affinity for technology and technical subjects – preferably in AI and Deep Learning.
• Excellent interpersonal capabilities. This role will work with partners, NVIDIA internal teams, and large number of startups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. We are NVIDIA’s advocates in front of startups and other players in the ecosystem.
• Curious, creative, and constantly thinking about how to improve processes
• Ability to be proactive and work with minimal direction
• Good project management with excellent organizational skills

• Experience as Solution Architect or Product Manager in areas of AI & DL
• Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or data science experience
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science.
• Worked at a top startup accelerator running, building, and managing the startup community and portfolio companies.
