Operations Analyst

GlossAi is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work on analyzing client data and prepare presentations for sales and ongoing client needs. As an Operations Analyst you will also be involved with quality control of our app, data tagging, and recommend new procedures to enhance the efficiency of our daily operations. By providing valuable insights, you will have a direct impact on our product and the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and story telling skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, create reports and presentations for clients
• Perform data tagging to ensure accurate and comprehensive data classification
• Conduct quality control tests on our app to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement new procedures to streamline and enhance day-to-day operations
• Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
