Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Manager with the potential to grow. The ideal candidate has a strong development background and experience working in both, corporate and startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap & Strategy
• Break down the product strategy into an annual and quarterly product roadmap
• Monitor the implementation and progress of the product roadmap with R&D
• Update the product roadmap regularity according to recent developments
• Product Management
• Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) according to the roadmap
• Align the PRDs with R&D (front- & back-end, data science), TechOps & CSM
• Execute and manage the implementation process of the development end-to-end like a project crossing silos and solving bottlenecks and roadblocks
• Lead the product lifecycle management, from ideation to market delivery, ensuring a customer-centric focus throughout
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success and other departments to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives
• Market & Customer Intelligence
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product roadmap innovative and competitive
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing offerings
• Partner with the executive team to define product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Measure customer satisfaction and follow-up to gain deeper understanding
• Measure feature adoption and tool usage to derive potential need for action
• Team & Process Management
• Establish and ensure professional and agile ways of working (e.g., using the right tools for project management and product analytics)
• Setup regular reporting to monitor product success and product management effectiveness
• Orchestrate and prepare regular meetings (e.g., AOP, PRD progress updates) involving the relevant stakeholders (e.g., C-level, R&D)

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Product Manager, or similar roles, preferably in both corporate and startup environments
• A strong development background is a must, with hands-on experience in software development or engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• A customer-first mindset, with a deep understanding of user experience and product design principles

Experience:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in product management
• At least 2 different positions / companies in product management
• Ideally working experience in software development / engineering
• Experience or interest in retail and/or pricing domain
