What are we looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team! Acting as a central liaison between Sales, Finance, Customer Success and In formation Systems.

You’ll foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. In this role, you’ll streamline and optimize data processes, oversee contract management, and maintain the health and efficiency of our tools. By leveraging analytics and reporting, you’ll provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and experience with report/dashboard creation is a plus.
