HR & Recruitment Manager (Temporary position)

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled HR & Recruitment Manager to join our HR team in Tel Aviv. In this role, Your primary focus will be managing the recruitment process end-to-end while also contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects. This is a maternity leave replacement (March-November 2025) with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities-

Recruitment:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles at our Tel Aviv site.
• Attract and hire top-tier candidates through multiple channels, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to define hiring needs, profile ideal candidates, and design streamlined recruitment processes.
• Lead onboarding processes, including training managers, creating tailored onboarding plans, and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.
  
  

• Collaborate with the VP HR on internal change management, employee training, and development programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving internal processes based on a deep understanding of department activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement, welfare, and experience design initiatives.
• Take primary responsibility for documentation and management of the HR system, including handling sensitive documents and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate the semi-annual feedback process from both technical and qualitative perspectives.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, including conducting in-person interviews - A must
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for diverse roles and levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a "people person" attitude.
• 1+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments - Advantage
• Experience managing onboarding processes and working collaboratively across teams.
• Priority will be given to candidates with recruitment experience in AdTech companies or similar marketing-focused organizations
