The Role:
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our clients. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires strong account management, strategic thinking, and a drive to exceed targets for upsells and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients across Europe and America.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and goals, ensuring Woo's solutions are aligned.
- Proactively manage client relationships, driving engagement and adoption of Woo's platform.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to clients.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and share actionable insights to add value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to address client feedback and improve the overall experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, positioning Woo as a trusted partner.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding upsell and renewal targets.
- Strong familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with clients in Europe and/or America, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
