We are looking for a proactive and organized Integration Product Manager to lead the development and management of our integrations with leading security vendors. This role will require close collaboration with R&D, partnerships, and sales teams to identify opportunities, drive technical implementation, and ensure integrations are well-documented and effectively communicated.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of APIs, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to define, prioritize, and build new integrations.
• Ensure integrations meet technical requirements and customer needs.
• Work closely with sales, partnerships, and other teams to identify and deliver integration opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related queries.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, user guides, and API specifications.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on integration progress.
• Assist in resolving integration-related issues and support pre-sales and onboarding processes.
  
  

• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) and experience working with API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing/documentation platforms.
• Proven track record of working in a cross-functional environment with R&D, sales, and partnerships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating technical documentation.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations.
