System Administrator

Are you a System Administrator Expert with over 5 years of experience and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges? We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive innovative solutions in the world of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Perform system tasks, including installing and upgrading systems, applications, and products, optimizing server performance, troubleshooting issues, and scripting.

Establish and maintain a wide range of Windows Server environments, virtual servers (VMWare), and VDI-based workstation infrastructure (VMWare Horizon).

Plan, design, install, upgrade, and provide ongoing support for Microsoft, VMWare, Linux, and other systems as needed.

Monitor system performance through advanced monitoring tools and respond to incidents efficiently.

Required Expertise

• 5+ years of experience as part of a system team in medium to large-scale Microsoft/Linux-based organizations.
• Proven experience in setting up, maintaining, and upgrading:

Windows Servers (2008/2012/2016/2019).

Microsoft tools such as Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, PKI, SCCM, SCOM, and more.

VMWare products: VMWare Server, Horizon View (VDI), VRealize Orchestrator/Operation.

Backup systems like Veeam.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell.
• Experience in planning and integrating systems in complex architectures.
• Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp), backup, monitoring, and communication equipment.
• Knowledge of RHEL Linux – a strong advantage.
• Exposure to automation tools like Ansible/Jenkins – an advantage.
• Strong team collaboration skills alongside the ability to work and learn independently.
• Resilience under pressure with a focus on delivering professional, fast solutions.
