Engineering Manager

A global private high-tech company that develops and manufactures multi-disciplinary inspection systems for industrial printing, based on computer vision and image processing technologies.

The system detects defects and bugs in real-time during the printing process, saving significant raw materials and costs for the company’s large-scale printing clients worldwide.

The role includes managing an engineering team composed of three Product Leads and a Draftsperson, reporting directly to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing product development, NPI and manufacturing, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices, collaborating with other departments, and managing supplier relationships.

The company has 90 employees in Israel and 90 abroad. Offices are located in Kfar Saba, with a hybrid model allowing one work-from-home day per week.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanic / electrical / electronic Engineering
• 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on multidisciplinary systems, NPI, and production.
• Strong technical background.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry CE standards and best practices for product development, NPI, and production.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
