We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by performing comprehensive manual testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs using tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Work closely with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Ensure that all features meet quality standards before deployment.
• Provide feedback on user experience and suggest potential improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status, priorities, and updates.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• High level of English - both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with API testing frameworks - Mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Nice to have
• Experience in B2C applications is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA is a significant advantage.
