Responsibilities

You will be responsible for formulating the organizational learning plan and designing an effective and advanced learning experience while formulating learning solutions tailored to the business needs and challenges faced by the organization. 

The position includes managing learning processes from the stage of debriefing, cracking planning, macro-micro development, solution implementation, distribution, control,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing and designing micro and macro learning solutions
• Experience in managing learning solutions within the organizational learning management system (LMS)
• Familiarity with global learning and professional development trends
• Experience with advanced learning applications and technologies
• Ability to develop micro-learning content and produce learning materials including presentations, eLearning modules, videos, and audio
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between key and secondary elements
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at a fast pace
• Building trust and driving engagement with partners and stakeholders
• Data analysis: Ability to use data to design and measure the effectiveness of learning solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Learning Technologies/Social Sciences/Behavioral Sciences
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content creation tools
• HTML, CSS, and JS development skills – advantage
