About the Role

We are looking for a Front-end expert to be a hands-on technical leader. This Leader / developer will work with web application and Infrastructure team in the Clients that enables customers to use Check Point’s services over the web and across all platforms.

Major Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and passionate Frontend Technology Leader to join the Web & Cloud management group.

You will join the application and Infrastructure team of Web Smart Console - that enables customers to use Check Point’s services over the web and support the growth of Check Point’s activity on the cloud.

• Design & Build I/S component expanding our unique I/S library, and our design system.
• Lead the architecture of client and its interaction with the Backend
• Lead the evolution of the technology stack and the developer environment
• Mentor other developers of both I/S and features to quality and performance
• As part of the team, you will work on mostly frontend capabilities.
• Develop and own components end-to-end from design to production, addressing CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, auto-testing. in an agile development and delivery manner

Desired Background

• Deep knowledge in SW engineering, preferably a degree.
• At least 10 years of experience developing complex web platforms
• At least 5 years of experience in node-js and React.
• Wide perspective of technologies and architecture
• Experience with launching and maintaining web system with agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines etc.
• Leader, well organized, execution capabilities, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with excellent mentoring and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Full stack experience
• Experience with containers, packaging, basic Linux
• Knowledge of Checkpoint products
