We're looking for a Head of Finance who'll build and lead the Finance team in Israel by designing accounting procedures, preparing and submitting financial reports, and providing advice across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and leading the P&L process within the Israel entity
Designing processes for financial reporting that align with regulator requirements
Developing the balance sheet substantiation process, leveraging new group systems and tools
Preparing detailed financial reporting and analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
Ensuring compliance with local tax regulators by submitting timely tax returns
Monitoring a robust control environment, focusing on driving bank readiness
Leading the local audit programme according to group and local requirements
Advising on technical accounting and financial implications related to new product development

What You'll Need

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
A CPA or CA qualification
10+ years of accounting experience in finance and controlling functions
A structural and logical approach to problem-solving
Impressive analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
Experience within a fast-growing organisation
Great motivation and focus on delivery
