Full-Stack Developer Lead

N1X10 is seeking an experienced and hands-on Full-Stack Developer Lead (React, Node.js, CSS, SQL) to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of responsive design web apps, leveraging AI technologies such as NLP and GenAI models. As the lead developer, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This position offers the potential to lead a team of developers in the future as we expand our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of responsive design web applications.
• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and develop a scalable and maintainable codebase, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software updates.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, exploring opportunities to enhance our platform's capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize development efforts, manage timelines, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, platform scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development (React, Node.js, CSS, SQL).
• Experience in developing and deploying web apps across various platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficient in building DevOps solutions & CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure AI services is a huge plus.
• Experience in developing mobile apps is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital health development or related industries is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• Passionate about developing apps with great user experience (UX).
