The Global Business Development team plays a key role in facilitating this international expansion and creating meaningful connections across the healthcare ecosystem.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated International Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of international projects and partnerships, helping to expand Ichilov’s global footprint

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with foreign institutions, embassies, and government organizations.
• Collaborate with various departments within the hospital to support international projects, training programs, and joint R&D initiatives.
• Manage and execute high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Support proposal writing, partnership agreements, and grant applications.
• Develop marketing and communication materials to promote international activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, international relations, or project management.
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields – preferred.
• Native or near-native level of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player, positive attitude and eager to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
