Product Manager

A startup company in the Cyber Storage domain has developed a tool that helps large organizations ensure their storage and backup systems are securely configured. Their solution hardens backup environments, identifies vulnerabilities and configuration issues, and alerts organizations before an attack occurs.

Located in Tel Aviv, the company offers remote work options and has a team of 50 employees. They work with major global clients, including banks, insurance companies, and energy firms in the US and Europe. Established in 2005, the company is profitable and stable.

Role Overview:

• This position involves serving as the sole Product Manager, reporting to the Head of R&D.
• The product focuses on Management Recoverability in a B2B setting, catering to clients and currently in a Pivot stage.
• The system manages an organization’s ability to recover from cyber events, engaging with all IT layers, including Storage, Cloud, Compute, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• 80% of the role involves Inbound product management, working closely with R&D to shape and deliver the product.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in IT infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, or Storage
• Proven experience in B2B product management, working with enterprise-level clients
• High-level proficiency in English
• Willingness to work during US time zones (meetings around 17:00-19:00).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent practical
