After experiencing another year of tremendous growth in 2024, Jit is excited to be expanding our Business Development team in Tel Aviv to help continue scaling our go-to-market successes. As a hybrid role responsible for inbound qualification and targeted outbound to ICP accounts, the right candidate will play a critical part in expanding our business in 2025 and beyond.
A part of our Marketing team and working side by side with our regional Sales teams, this opportunity offers a critical, cross-functional role in helping Jit continue creating and capturing demand while sharing the our story with the world.

Key Responsibilities
Qualification: Stay on top of all inbound leads from our website and events, qualifying and reaching out to book meetings in a timely manner.
Outreach: Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, social selling, and more to introduce Jit's platform to our ICP and schedule qualified meetings for our Sales teams.
Research: Focus on quality vs quantity of interactions, researching target personas and customizing outreach strategies to ensure high conversion rates.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by focusing on reciprocity, demonstrating a deep understanding of how Jit can help their business.
Product + Space Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Jit's platform, the competitive landscape, and the challenges facing our target personas.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders on the Sales and Marketing teams to identify target accounts and personas, create and leverage compelling messaging, and set qualified meetings that lead to business-critical outcomes.
Process Improvement: Help us enhance the efficiency of our business development process and recommend ideas to improve connection rates and quality meetings.
Reporting: Meticulously maintain accurate records of targets, interactions, sequences, and more using CRM software and Sales automation tools.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a BDR/SDR role is mandatory.
- Knowledge of or experience within the Security / DevTools space is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoominfo, Hubspot , Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Gong (or similar tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including native proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to over-achieve targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to write creative, thought-provoking messaging and emails with clear calls to action.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to adapt on-the-go.
- The ability and desire to work in a fun, hybrid office culture in the Tel Aviv.
