• Work on a technically complex product with a wide range of features, used by millions of websites and customers.
• Mentor and empower developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Be a versatile, fast learner by engaging with various areas and products developed by other teams.
• Lead the development of features with a focus on high-quality code, optimal performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams to deliver exceptional UX/UI solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the technical design and architecture of new features, ensuring they meet high performance, scalability, and availability standards.
• Provide technical oversight and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team.
• Pioneer innovative solutions from both a technological and business perspective.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, identifying and mitigating potential issues early in the development process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
• Promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD and automated testing strategies.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Must.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role - Must.
• 4+ years of proven experience working with web applications using React and JavaScript - Must.
• 3+ years of experience in PHP - Must.
• Experience with unit and end-to-end (E2E) testing - Must.
• Experience with CSS and SCSS.
• Deep understanding of the web application development lifecycle and industry best practices.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong English language communication skills, both verbal and written.

An advantage:

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Prior experience in a tech lead or team lead role within a fast-paced environment.
