Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Influencer Partnership Manager to join our Partnership Marketing team. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you’ll own creator partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish: strategy, contract negotiation, execution, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with influencers across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and paid conversions.
• Develop scalable frameworks for managing partnerships and ensuring campaign scalability.
• Partner with internal teams (Creative, SEO, Product) to align campaigns with Riverside’s mission and ensure cohesive messaging.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, measure success, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with a data-driven mindset to optimize performance and ROI.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities, enabling you to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about marketing partnerships and creative production.
• Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
• You love to step into a producer role when needed, overseeing the creative execution of campaigns and ensuring their success.
