Junior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to meet company objectives.
• Create engaging and on-brand content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry.
• Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages on time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
