Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the product design (UI/UX) strategy and execution as the sole design expert within the company. In this pivotal role, you will establish and lead the entire product design function, setting the foundation for a user-centric approach that drives the platform’s success.

As the only Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience while aligning design decisions with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the design culture, processes, and systems from the ground up, with significant influence over the product’s future direction and impact.

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and concept ideation to detailed execution and implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related decisions, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to integrate design into every aspect of the product lifecycle.
• Develop and manage comprehensive design systems to maintain consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product interfaces.
• Utilize advanced prototyping tools to create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive mockups, and user flows. Conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and refine designs iteratively.
• Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improving existing features and driving new innovations.
• Take ownership of defining the product design roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Act as the ambassador for design excellence within the organization, advocating for user-centric approaches and educating stakeholders on design best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize the design process and maintain cutting-edge standards.

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading and delivering impactful designs for complex digital products.
• Strong experience designing for B2B platforms and applications that handle heavy data visualization and complex workflows (preferred).
• Expertise in SaaS product design, including an understanding of user onboarding, retention strategies, and feature engagement optimization.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems, crafting thorough documentation, and supporting seamless production handoffs.
• Exceptional ability to identify and solve usability challenges while improving product performance and reliability.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI-driven products or features (a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
