About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic leader to manage the branding and marketing activities of high-profile executives and organizations on LinkedIn. The role includes crafting personal and corporate branding strategies, maintaining ongoing communication with industry leaders, and leading a professional team.
Key Responsibilities:Client and Strategy Management:- Developing unique voices and visibility for executives on LinkedIn.
- Managing ongoing relationships with senior executives.
- Creating and executing personal and business B2B marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and selecting effective messaging.
- Holding weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining consistent communication.
- Managing onboarding processes for new clients.
- Leading the professional team and providing creative direction.
- Conducting weekly syncs with team members.
- Coordinating between various departments.
- Monitoring and ensuring the progress of ongoing processes.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the CEO.
- Holding regular alignment meetings with management.
- Creating content and copy briefs.
- Providing guidance to copywriters and graphic designers.
- Overseeing design processes and revisions.
- Performing quality control before publication.
- Managing campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Generating performance reports and insights.
- Developing comprehensive B2B content strategies.
- Managing organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Building and optimizing LinkedIn profiles.
- Creating marketing materials (posts, articles, newsletters).
- Managing lead generation and CRM systems.
- Native-level English proficiency – required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing agency or advertising firm – required.
- Proven experience in client and process management.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing.
- Team management and process leadership skills.
- Strong data analysis skills with strategic recommendations.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with senior executives and CEOs – required.
- Knowledge of personal and corporate branding.
- Experience in crafting executive-level content strategies – an advantage.
- Experience managing a team.
- Background in marketing for tech companies/startups.
- Expertise in paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or design tools.
