Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product data analyst to join our team, who is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The Product data analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise in BI tools, and a keen understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide business insights and support decision-making.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data for analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in analysis and reporting.
• Work with the R&D teams to ensure proper data governance and data warehouse management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to address specific business challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a product Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience working as analysts on B2C SaaS Products (Marketplace is an advantage)
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good background in statistics
• Knowledge of programming languages like python is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
