Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Help Desk position at CPM Computer Services in Petah Tikva. The Help Desk role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering customer support. Some remote work is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Troubleshooting desktop computers
• Customer Support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with various operating systems
• Knowledge of storage systems is a plus
• Relevant certification in IT or related field
