Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to join our team, and lead the design and development of our frontend architecture, help to shape the core of our product's user experience and interface. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate business needs into intuitive, engaging user experiences
• Drive frontend technology decisions by selecting the right tools, frameworks, and best practices to ensure high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces
• Maintain and optimize the user interface for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms
• Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, unit testing, and maintaining high standards for design and functionality
• Stay updated on emerging trends in frontend development, implementing new techniques and frameworks to improve the product and development process.
• Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and ensuring best practices are followed within the team
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and server-side logic
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring that user interfaces perform smoothly and consistently under varying loads
• Contribute to the overall team culture, bringing a growth mindset, open communication, and enthusiasm for team bonding
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant practical experience (e.g., service in elite technology unit in IDF)
• Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Frontend developer.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• At least some experience with TypeScript.
• Strong Experience in working with modern UI frameworks (React / Vue3)
• Experience with CSS, including CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment.)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Skilled in building solid quality UX in collaboration with PM
• Experienced in building SaaS solutions - a good understanding of how modern backends and APIs operate
• Familiar with modern CI/CD development practices and tools
• Familiar with development in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure) - AWS is preferred.
