We are looking for a Documentation representative that will handle the following:
- Transmission of the import manifest to the customs and to the ports on time
- Handling all operational issues of the import shipments.
- Send arrival notice to the clients.
- Take care of transferring the containers to the depots.
- Handle operational issues of the import shipments with the port / custom / depots
- Ongoing correspondence with Zim’s agents all over the world
- Correspondence with the Gss team
- Handle the CRM mailbox as per the targets
- Handle the correctors letters in front of the custom
- Improve imports process
You'll need to have:
- Academic education – a must
- Experience in Customer Service field
- Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
- Ability to withstand a stressful work environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- High level of spoken and written English - a must
- Experience in import/export field
