About The Position:

Join our dynamic and fast-growing startup as an Application Operations Specialist (temporary position). You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth execution and supporting the team with vital hands-on tasks that drive success. Responsibilities

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Manage and carry out marketing operations, including tasks such as placing orders on apps, browsing, and other related activities
• Collaborate closely with the analyst team to improve and streamline operational processes
  
  

• A strong can-do attitude and a willingness to handle manual, hands-on tasks as needed
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced startup environment
• Hands-on experience in Excel / Google Spreadsheet
• Previous experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced work environment (advantage)
• Experience in QA of mobile apps is a plus (advantage)
