Product Analyst

The position::

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our growing team at Trigo. In this role, you will drive impactful decisions by transforming vast amounts of data into strategic insights that shape our product development and business direction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, diving into millions of data points generated every second by our innovative platform.

A day in the life::

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver valuable, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Identify diverse data approaches and apply quantitative methods to derive statistically sound conclusions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization tools to track product performance, behavior trends, and business impact.
• Translate abstract business questions into measurable metrics, informing and driving product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and operations to support data-driven product development and business strategy.
  
  

• Experience: 3+ years in a data, product, or business analyst role, ideally within a tech environment, with demonstrated expertise in SQL, BI, and data visualization tools.
• SQL Mastery: Advanced skills in SQL, with a proven ability to manage, analyze, and visualize complex data sets.
• Insight Development: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Effective Communication: Proficiency in clearly and concisely presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Quick learner with a proactive mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  
  

• Experience with BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
