Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Validate and test the real-time remote operation of vehicles, robots, and trucks on public roads.
• Analyze and interpret requirements, wireframes, and design documents to develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Design, prepare, and execute integration and test plans for web, server, and embedded applications.
• Lead the integration process, ensuring seamless coordination across all components.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis for any defects discovered, utilizing application logs and communication protocols.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to resolve defects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct field testing and hands-on integration with Ottopia's advanced vehicle systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
  
  

• Minimum of 4 years experience in testing and integrating large, complex systems, including client-server and embedded software environments.
• Proven expertise in creating comprehensive test cases (STP & STD).
• Strong proficiency in Linux, including various debugging tools and commands.
• Solid understanding of networking, including debugging, interfaces, and security protocols.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work on-site, 5 days a week.
• Automation experience is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, highly responsible, and an excellent team player with strong attention to detail.
