Student Position: Talent Acquisition project coordinator

This position is a multi-functional role designed to support multiple recruitment and employer branding global projects management.

In this position you will:

• Coordinate and administrate projects.
• Analyze data from different HR/recruitment systems and gaining insight for improvements.
• Monitor social media employees’ activities
• Interact and collaborate with external vendors.
• Create content for recruitment social media activities.
• Coordinate Team’ design requests for special recruitment events, job fairs, awards.
• Monitor recruitment/employer branding posts and activities on social media.
  
  

• 3+ minimum semesters left
• Student in B.A / M.A in business management/economics/industrial engineering/data management or related fields
• Social media experience- a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Control of office tools, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular
• Data-driven mindset
• Social media savvy, love to create content.
• Previous experience in project management – significant advantage
• Eager to learn, people person and processes oriented.
