What does it mean to be a Team Leader in morning?

As we put our people in the center, our team leaders are focused on coaching and mentoring their teams toward being the “best version” of themselves.

As such, a successful team leader possesses excellent people skills and is involved and promotes all the aspects of software engineering, including methodology and technology.

In particular, as we believe in leading by example, this is a hands-on role.

In order to help their teams succeed, our team leaders need to collaborate successfully with Product Managers and other senior leaders both within the company and with external parties.

In addition, our team leaders are part of the R&D Leadership team and take part in shaping the Engineering’s culture, roadmap, technology and practices.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with javascript/TypeScript
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master/ Tech Lead/ Team Leader
• Significant experience working in a SaaS company (startup is a plus)
• Significant experience with Cloud technologies (AWS is a plus)
• Strong command of modern software engineering principles and practices (including OOP , TDD, CI, CD)
• Very strong communication skills, fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Passion for delighting end users :)
