Product Manager – Custom CRM for Fund Administration (Project Completion)

At Clockwork Admin, we are revolutionizing fund administration services by delivering tailored solutions to support funds across Israel, the Cayman Islands, and the USA. As we grow, we’re expanding our services to include a custom-built CRM that seamlessly integrates with bookkeeping systems. Our vision is to enhance operational efficiency and empower our clients with innovative tools.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take the lead in completing this project, ensuring it meets our clients' needs and delivers exceptional value. As the Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to complete the development of our custom CRM, which is already in progress. You will:

• Assess the Current State: Analyze the CRM's current functionality and identify the remaining features and improvements needed for launch.
• Prioritize Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the remaining work based on business impact and urgency.
• Oversee Integration: Finalize and test the integration of the CRM with bookkeeping systems like QuickBooks or Xero, ensuring smooth data flow and reporting.
• Drive Project Completion: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of outstanding features, addressing technical challenges as they arise.
• User Testing: Lead rigorous testing with internal and external users to gather feedback and refine the product.
• Documentation & Training: Finalize user documentation and develop training materials to support smooth adoption of the CRM.
• Prepare for Launch: Coordinate a successful rollout, including implementation support and post-launch troubleshooting.

• Experience:
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services or SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving software projects to completion, especially CRMs or similar platforms.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Familiarity with CRM development and integrations with accounting/bookkeeping tools.
• Understanding of APIs and data synchronization processes.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Experience with fund administration workflows and bookkeeping practices is highly preferred.
• Project Management Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a partially completed project.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
