HR Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team, to support and implement HR processes, foster a positive company culture, and manage day-to-day HR operations in a growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Welfare: Develop and oversee welfare programs, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout
• Employee Retention: Organize and conduct regular feedback sessions, helping employees feel heard and valued
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage benefits
• Training and Development: Coordinate professional development programs and promote a learning culture
• HR Projects: Initiate, develop and execute projects to enhance company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role within the tech/startup sector – Must
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Open-minded, flexible, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing priorities
• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS)
• In-depth knowledge of Israeli Labor laws
